Vedic Meditation

ABOUT

Who am I

I'm a social justice activist who found in Vedic Meditation a way to remove years of accumulated stress. What started as a simple daily practice soon became a lifeline. Overtime, vedic meditation also helped me to reconnect with a deeper, steadier part of myself.

After five years of meditating, the shift in my life was so profound that I felt called to share it with others. I dedicated a year to immersive home study and then spent three transformative months at the foothills of the Himalayas in India, training under my teacher, Thom Knoles. Thom, a master in this lineage, was recently honored by Swami Kailashanand Brahmachari, the Mahamandaleshwar—also known as the King of the Yogis.

These days, life has brought me to Berlin, where I live with my two mischievous Latin American dogs. I'm grounded by my love of nature, moved by good books, and always ready for a dance—especially if it's salsa.

Why learn Vedic Meditation

In today´s fast, noisy and demanding life, many of us carry around invisible stress that shows up in our bodies, relationships and decisions.
Vedic meditation offers a powerful yet effortless way to reset. It doesn't require concentration, controlling the mind, or emptying thoughts. Instead, it works with the natural rhythms of the mind and body, helping you to release deep-rooted stress and tap into a calm, clear inner peace—often in just a few minutes.
